I’m Leanne Claxton — artist, designer, and educator. I grew up in the North West of England, studied Textile Design at Central Saint Martins, and trained in Paris with Christian Lacroix, where art and fashion truly met for me.

​

Since then I’ve worked as a print designer for brands in London, Paris, New York, Hong Kong, and Spain. I launched Claxton at London Fashion Week to share my artwork in a way people can wear every day.

​

Using traditional and modern printing, I transfer my hand-painted florals onto luxury scarves. Real brush strokes. Vibrant colour. Art you can wrap around you.

I’m happiest outdoors — natural light, painting outside, and the details nature offers at home and on my travels. That’s what inspires every piece.
